Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
Reportly (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and payment details when you create an account or subscribe to a plan. We also collect data about how you use Reportly, including report activity, query history, and feature usage, to improve the product and provide support.
We may collect technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies — to operate, secure, and analyse the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve Reportly; to process payments and send transactional emails; to respond to support requests; and to send product updates (you may opt out at any time).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted sub-processors (e.g. cloud infrastructure, payment processors) solely to deliver the service, under strict data-processing agreements.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), access controls, and regular security reviews.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the service (session management, CSRF protection) and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings or our cookie banner.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or financial purposes.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@usereportly.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Third-Party Links
Reportly may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you access.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Reportly after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at privacy@usereportly.com or write to Reportly, Data Protection, usereportly.com.
